Born and raised in a small Kenyan town and now a proud dual citizen living in the United States, she bridges two worlds with clarity, compassion, and purpose.
Her work sits at the intersection of regulatory expertise, culturally grounded wellness, and healthcare innovation. Through GrowthNest MEL Strategies, she guides individuals, facilities, and organizations with the tools, knowledge, and systems they need to thrive. Her consulting spans Adult Residential Facilities (ARF) Levels 1-4, 4A-4I, Residential Facility Care for Elderly (RFCE), offering all services, Assisted Living Facility(ALM), as well as Group home licensing, compliance, resource mapping, and the development of branded educational materials that make complex processes accessible.
